ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a dynamic and highly motivated team of designers dedicated to creating sustainable buildings and infrastructure. We are looking for a 3D Visualizer with up to 3 years of experience and technical proficiency in visualization and rendering of architectural spaces, from intimate interiors to grand urban development schemes.

Your role is to translate architectural ideas into compelling visual representations, helping communicate design intent, spatial experience, materiality, and environmental response. You will work closely with architects and designers to bring projects to life through detailed models, faade development, and immersive visualizations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design discussions
• Assist the studio team in shaping project massing and faade design, actively contributing to design development
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project intent, materiality, and environmental response
• Apply materials, textures, and lighting to create accurate and compelling visual representations
• Produce photorealistic renderings that communicate spatial quality and architectural intent
• Create animations and walkthroughs to help visualize projects dynamically
• Refine rendered images through post-production to enhance clarity and visual impact
• Assist in storyboard development and visual presentation planning when required
• Organize and maintain digital assets including models, textures, and references
• Support the communication and development of climate-responsive and sustainable architectural design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3D Visualizing and Modeling

• Assist the studio team in creating 3D models for each project, including massing development and faade design
• Contribute to the design process by developing architectural massing and faade studies, not just modeling from plans
• Create detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural designs, from interior spaces to urban developments
• Translate architectural drawings, concepts, and design intent into accurate visual representations
• Ensure spatial accuracy, scale, and design integrity in all models

Rendering and Visual Output

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings
• Apply appropriate lighting, materials, textures, and finishes
• Ensure visual clarity, realism, and consistency across outputs

Animation and Visual Storytelling

• Create animations and walkthroughs of architectural spaces
• Assist in storyboard development to plan and sequence visual presentations
• Support immersive and dynamic design communicatio

Post Production and Image Enhancement

• Refine rendered images using post-production tools
• Enhance visual quality and presentation impact
• Maintain high standards of visual output

Collaboration and Workflow

• Work closely with architects, designers, and stakeholders
• Actively contribute to design visualization and faade development
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient workflows

Continuous Learning and Improvement

• Stay updated on advancements in visualization tools, technologies, and workflows
• Adapt to new techniques and tools relevant to architectural visualization and sustainable design

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

Educational and Professional Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• Up to 3 years of experience in architectural visualization or architecture
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of architectural visualization work with architectural projects

Technical Skills

1 Modeling & Design (Compulsory):

• Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and AutoCAD

2 Visualization (Compulsory):

• Proficiency in D5 Render

3 Added Advantages:

• Autodesk 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Twinmotion

4 Core Competencies:

• Strong understanding of architectural massing, faade articulation, materials, and lighting
