Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with strong experience in interior, exterior, and walkthrough visualizations for commercial and corporate office spaces. The candidate should be highly proficient in 3ds Max and experienced in rendering using V-Ray or Corona. The role requires transforming 2D drawings and concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visuals that support client presentations, approvals, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create detailed 3D models for:
• Corporate interiors
• Coworking spaces
• Commercial office environments
• Exterior views of buildings and campuses
• Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.

Rendering & Realistic Output

• Produce high-quality renders using V-Ray or Corona.
• Work on lighting, textures, materials, and camera settings for photorealistic output.
• Ensure renders match design intent, material selections, and brand standards.

Walkthroughs & Animations

• Develop interior and exterior walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Optimize scenes for smooth animation and realistic movement.
• Coordinate with design teams for storyline and visual flow.

Material & Texture Application

• Apply correct materials for:
• Flooring
• Walls
• Furniture
• Ceilings
• Glass, metals, and fabrics
• Ensure accuracy as per corporate interior material standards.

Design Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Interior designers
• Architects
• Project teams
• Ensure design changes are reflected accurately in 3D models and renders.

Client Presentation Support

• Prepare visuals for client presentations and approvals.
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback within timelines.

Quality & Timelines

• Ensure timely delivery of 3D views, walkthroughs, and revisions.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all project visuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in commercial / corporate / coworking projects.
• Strong proficiency in:
• 3ds Max (mandatory)
• V-Ray or Corona Renderer
• Experience in:
• Interior visualization
• Exterior visualization
• Walkthrough animation
• Good understanding of:
• Lighting
• Materials
• Texturing
• Camera composition

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
• Experience with large commercial office projects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
