Job description:

Location:Santacruz,Mumbai

Experience:3 to 5 Years Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer for interior and architectural projects.

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in 3D Max, Vray, and Corona Render for 3D modeling and rendering.

2. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.

3. Graduation or equivalent degree/diploma in 3D Visualizer only from a reputed institute in Mumbai

Key Skills:

1. Exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.

2. Creative flair in lighting design, texturing, and composition.

3. Attention to detail to create highly accurate and realistic 3D models and renders.

4. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the design team.

5. Strong time management skills to consistently meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Create precise 3D models of interior and exterior spaces based on architectural plans with a focus on accuracy.

2. Design realistic lighting setups to enhance the visual appeal and ambiance of 3D renders, considering the overall mood.

3. Apply high-quality textures and materials to achieve realism and aesthetics aligned with the design vision.

4. Produce photorealistic, high-resolution renders using Vray and Corona Render, exceeding project expectations.

5. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations capturing the design intent.

6. Maintain a commitment to delivering top-quality and accurate 3D models and renders.

7. Manage workflow efficiently to ensure timely completion of 3D visualizations aligned with project schedules.

Experience:

• Total Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• 3D Max: 3 years (Required)
• Vray: 2 years (Required)
• Corona Render: 2 years (Required)
