Job Description for 3D visualiser:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 5+ years of experience in architectural and interior visualization. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming design concepts into photorealistic renders and walkthroughs that accurately represent materials, lighting, and spatial quality.

You will work closely with architects and interior designers to bring ideas to life through high-quality visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

* Develop interior and exterior visualizations, including lighting, textures, materials, and landscaping

* Produce 3D walkthroughs and animations

* Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and concept sketches accurately

* Work collaboratively with design teams to refine and enhance visual output

* Ensure timely delivery of visualization packages as per project deadlines

* Maintain organized asset libraries and optimize rendering workflows

* Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams efficiently

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.

* Mandatory software knowledge such as SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, VRay/Corona, Enscape, 3D Microstation, and other rendering software.

* Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

* Excellent skills in PowerPoint and other presentation software.

* Strong understanding of architectural drawings, models, and design concepts.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas visually.
