3D Secure Implementation Specialist (5+ Years) | Remote| Shift support required for EU & APAC

Were looking for an experienced 3D Secure (3DS) Implementation Specialist to manage endtoend client onboarding, integrations, and operational support for global customers. If you have strong expertise in EMV 3DS, payments, authentication flows, and client deliverythis role is for you!

What Youll Do

• Lead 3DS client implementations, configuration, testing & golive support
• Work closely with clients, 3DS suppliers & internal teams
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and perform transaction analysis
• Train clients on 3DS processes and supplier portals
• Support migrations, service optimizations & operational initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and project trackers

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years experience in payments / EMV 3DS implementations
• Deep understanding of 3DS standards, authentication flows & protocols
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problemsolving & analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fastpaced environment
• High attention to detail in testing & documentation

Good to Have

• Experience with Visa / Mastercard
• Postman / API testing exposure
• Knowledge of fraud detection tools & strategies
