Role Overview

We are looking for a 3D Project Manager & Client Servicing professional with experience in 3D architectural visualization and design . The candidate will manage end-to-end 3D projects, coordinate between clients and design teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual outputs.

Position: 3D Project Manager & Client Servicing Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Understand client requirements related to 3D ArchViz, interior/exterior renders, walkthroughs, and animations
• Translate client briefs into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with 3D artists, designers, and rendering teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery
• Review 3D outputs for quality, accuracy, and client expectations
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3D Architectural Visualization (ArchViz)
• Strong understanding of 3D design workflows and rendering processes
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal, or similar
• Experience in client servicing / account management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team workflows
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Design
• Experience handling international clients
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Understanding of pricing, proposals, and project costing
