Role Overview

We are hiring a hybrid creative who is equally strong in 3D motion design and video editing. This role is central to how T57 presents itself to the world across reels, brand films, leadership content, website visuals, and future WebGL experiences.

You will translate complex ideas, platform flows, and leadership narratives into high-impact visual stories. This is a hands-on role for someone who can concept, animate, edit, and polish premium content end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Edit leadership videos, interviews, event footage, and brand narratives

Design and produce 3D animations to visualize ecosystems, platform flows, and digital concepts

Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement

Support brand films, launch videos, presentations, and website visual assets

Maintain high quality in storytelling, pacing, sound design, lighting, animation, and rendering

Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams on creative direction

Deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and 3D motion design

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Strong working knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, lighting, and animation principles

Comfortable switching between fast-turnaround social content and high-polish brand visuals

Strong portfolio showing both short-form video editing and 3D motion work (mandatory)

Bonus (Good to Have)

Experience with WebGL / Three.js / interactive 3D

Experience creating product explainers or platform storytelling videos

Understanding of branding and visual identity systems

Startup or B2B/SaaS experience
