Requirements

• Portfolio: A stunning showcase of motion expertise across various styles and contexts.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spline, and Blender.
• Core Principles: Deep understanding of timing, spacing, anticipation, and character animation.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of UI/UX motion, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate abstract storyboards into fluid, meaningful movement.
• Professionalism: Excellent time management and a degree in Design or Animation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execution: Transform static designs into engaging experiences across digital and video platforms.
• Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers to implement motion that enhances usability and "delight."
• Brand Building: Create compelling brand identities, motion guidelines, and explainer videos.
• Ideation: Develop storyboards and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative concepts.
• Innovation: Define and improve animation tools and processes to accelerate team deliverables.
• Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry techniques to bring fresh, boundary-pushing ideas to the team.
