3D Modeller – SketchUp Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeller with strong expertise in SketchUp for architectural visualization projects. The ideal candidate should be able to create accurate, high-quality 3D models and visual outputs and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D architectural models using SketchUp
• Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on drawings and references
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers
• Ensure models meet design intent and visualization standards
• Make revisions based on feedback within defined timelines
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all 3D outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SketchUp
• Experience in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz)
• Knowledge of interior & exterior modeling
• Basic understanding of lighting, textures, and materials
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / Twinmotion
• Understanding of AutoCAD drawings
• Prior experience in real estate or architectural projects
