We are looking forserious candidates who can commit toat least one year . This is afull-time role , with thefirst six months as a probation period .

The compensation package will range from3.6 LPA to 4.5 LPA , based on performance during the probation period.

We arenot hiring freshers . We are looking for candidates who haveproven expertise in creating 3D models, rigging, and animation , and who can perform these tasksprofessionally with prior hands-on experience .

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models, textures, and assets

Work with design and development teams to ensure quality output

Optimize 3D assets for performance

Explore and apply the latest modelling techniques

Animation and rigging, then integrating them into UE workflow

Requirements

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, with hands-on experience integrating assets into the Unreal Engine pipeline.

Strong expertise in texturing, lighting, and rendering, with a proven ability to build optimized, visually compelling worlds and environments.

Skilled in creating production-ready, performance-optimized assets that meet technical and artistic standards.

Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
