We are currently seeking a talented 3D Modeler to join our creative team and bring our design concepts to life through realistic and detailed renderings.

• Create photo-realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects.
• 
  
• Work closely with the design team to translate design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes into accurate visual representations.
• 
  
• Develop presentation visuals for client meetings and marketing purposes.
• 
  
• Ensure accuracy in materials, lighting, textures, and finishes in all render outputs.
• 
  
• Revise and update visuals based on feedback from designers and clients.
• 
  
• Maintain and manage a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.

• 35 years of relevant experience with an interior design or architecture firm.
• 
  
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• 
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Should be able to communicate in English well.

• Experience with Revit, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.
• 
  
• Knowledge of VR/AR presentations or animated walkthroughs.
