3D Fashion Designer (Part-Time)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Office Requirement: Minimum 1 day per week (45 hours) in office

Time Commitment: Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Duration: 1 month (with potential full-time conversion)

Compensation: 20,000 / month

Kloth is building a fit-intelligent, feel-aware fashion shopping experience. At the core of this is a high-quality, scalable 3D garment template system that mirrors real-world construction and fit.

This role contributes directly to that foundation.

Youll be working closely with a founding team that combines deep e-commerce, product, and engineering expertise :

• Khanaz KA (Founder & CEO): 14+ years in e-commerce and consumer internet; MBA from IIM Ahmedabad; previously led large-scale consumer products at Amazon and served as CPO at a fintech startup.
• Prateek Chugh (Co-founder & CBO): Background in scaling sales and growth at high-growth consumer startups across hospitality, ed-tech, and fintech.
• Aditya Todi (Co-founder & CTO): IIIT Hyderabad alumnus; founding engineer across multiple startups; strong first-principles thinker with deep systems and product engineering experience.

This role interacts directly with the founders and shapes systems that will scale with the company.

Were looking for a hands-on 3D Fashion Designer to create production-ready greyscale garment templates along with their size variations .

This is an execution-first role. Clean construction, consistency, and speed matter more than visual polish.

• Create 3D greyscale garment templates (no colors, no textures)
• Build accurate size variations using provided size charts
• Ensure garments are:
• Structurally correct
• Simulation-ready
• Consistent across sizes
• Maintain clean file structure, naming, and versions
• Deliver a steady throughput of 40 templates per week
• Attend weekly in-office working sessions for alignment and reviews

• Strong working knowledge of CLO3D (or equivalent)
• Must have your own laptop/workstation capable of running CLO3D smoothly
• Solid understanding of garment construction, patterns, and fit logic

• Practical experience with real-world garment construction
• Comfortable working fast without sacrificing structural quality
• Prior experience in:
• Digital garment creation
• Virtual try-on / digital sampling / fashion tech
• Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable with clear output targets

• After the 1-month part-time period , strong performers may be offered:
• Conversion to a full-time role
