3D Designer (Events & Experiential)

Were looking for a 3D Designer with hands-on experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential agencies , who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly visualise ideas from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating creative ideas into immersive spatial designs that come alive on ground.

What you will do:

• Create 3D concepts, views, renders, and spatial visualisations for:
• Event setups, stages, exhibition stalls, booths, and experiential installations
• Walkthrough and spatial experiences
• Event branding elements including logos, visual identities, and stage visuals
• Event collaterals such as backdrops, standees, signage, badges, brochures, and more
• Develop 3D renders, layouts, and perspectives for client pitches and presentations
• Translate creative briefs and 2D designs into accurate 3D models
• Adapt designs across formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedbackoften within tight timelines
• Prepare drawings and files to support fabrication and on-ground execution
• Support last-minute design changes typical to live events
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to deliver print-ready artwork
• Ensure all designs meet venue guidelines, safety norms, material specs , and execution requirements
• Collaborate closely with events, marketing, and production teams

Tools & Skills

Proficiency in tools such as:

• Blender
• 3ds Max + V-Ray
• CorelDRAW
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• After Effects
• Other relevant 2D & 3D design tools
• Strong understanding of event production workflows, materials, and fabrication techniques

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably within event management, experiential, or advertising agencies
• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
