We are building a strong visual storytelling ecosystem to showcase our world-class elevator designs through cinematic 3D visualizations, product animations, and immersive digital experiences.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Generalist who can independently handle end-to-end 3D production, from modeling to final rendered animation, and deliver world-class visual outputs within deadlines.

Role Overview

The Senior 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D product visualizations, animations, and cinematic experiences for our elevator products using Blender and Unreal Engine.

The candidate should be capable of managing the entire 3D pipeline including:

• Modeling
• Texturing
• Lighting
• Rendering
• Product animation
• Camera movements
• Character rigging (if required for demonstration visuals)

You will work closely with product design, marketing, and branding teams to produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, product launches, exhibitions, and global promotions.

Key Responsibilities1. 3D Product Visualization

• Create highly detailed 3D models of elevators, interiors, mechanical components, and environments
• Develop photorealistic materials, textures, and finishes
• Ensure accuracy based on engineering drawings and CAD files

2. Product Animation & Motion Design

• Create cinematic product animations explaining elevator features, installation flow, and usage.
• Produce camera animation sequences for product launches and promotional videos.
• Develop dynamic walkthrough animations for luxury residential installations.

3. Lighting & Rendering

• Setup studio-quality lighting environments
• Produce high-end photorealistic renders
• Optimize rendering workflows for high-quality output and efficiency

4. Unreal Engine Visualization

• Import models into Unreal Engine for:
• Real-time visualization
• Interactive product experiences
• High-quality cinematic rendering

5. Character Rigging & Animation

• Create or rig characters when required for demonstration animations
• Animate interactions with elevators to showcase user experience and product functionality

6. AI-Assisted Creative Production

• Use AI tools and prompt engineering for:
• Concept visualization
• Environment generation
• Animation enhancements
• Productivity improvements

7. Post Production

• Perform compositing and color correction
• Deliver final production-ready assets for marketing campaigns

8. Project Ownership

• Manage end-to-end project delivery
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Deliver final assets within strict deadlines
