Role Description

This is a full-time (URGENT) role for 3D/4D BIM Consultants at GKC Consultants. The BIM Consultant will be responsible for implementing BIM-based project controls, optimizing schedules, 3D BIM modeling, and conducting 4D/5D BIM simulations. The role involves utilizing specialized BIM tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Bentley Synchro4D to support construction projects. Immidiate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) Skills
• Architecture and Civil Engineering background
• Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) is a plus
• Proficiency in specialized BIM tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other Modeling Software
• Experience with 4D/5D BIM tools like Bentley Synchro4D is a Plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications in BIM or project management
• Self-motivated and able to work well with multi-discipline teams
• Good communication skills
• Have a thorough understanding of BIM and VDC
• Willingness to work at a job site 75% or more of the time
• Construction detailing experience

Qualifications:

-Engineering Graduate or Architect with 3+ years experience

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Understanding of Engineering, Construction and architectural domain preferred
