Role Overview

We are looking for a 2D Visualizer who is not just technically skilled but creatively aware. This person should have exposure to art, music, design culture, and experiential spaces someone whose mind is open and curious.

This role requires strong brand sensitivity and imagination. The person should visualize how a design translates across mediums LED, vinyl, flex, installations, stage backdrops, and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Thinking

• Begin every project with research and brand understanding
• Visualize before execution sketch, ideate, discuss
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Work collaboratively, not in isolation

Brand-Centric Design

• Deeply understand brand language (fonts, color systems, visual identity)
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
• Prioritize client brand aesthetics over personal style

Print & Production Knowledge

• Understand print file preparation (bleed, margins, scaling)
• Know different materials vinyl, flex, sticker, paper types, fabric prints
• Adjust artwork according to medium and installation context
• Quality-check grammar, layout, hierarchy, and alignment before release

Organization & Attention to Detail

• Maintain file organization
• Double-check deliverables before execution
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong visual imagination and aesthetic sensitivity
• Exposure to art, music, culture, and live events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Detail-oriented with healthy perfectionism
• Team player with open communication style
• Ability to visualize how 2D translates into 3D space
