L1 /L 2 Support

• 1+ years Active Directory experience
• 1+ years PowerShell scripting experience
• 1+ years Windows Server experience
• 3+ years customer service or service desk related function
• 1+ years writing documentation and documenting processes and issues

Experienced IT professional with 3+ years in customer-facing service desk roles and strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Lotus Notes environments. Skilled in managing Microsoft Teams, administering Active Directory, and scripting with PowerShell to automate system tasks. Proven ability to support Microsoft Exchange 2013/2019 and Windows Server infrastructure in enterprise settings.
