Manage and maintain ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and CMMI appraisal activities.

Provide support to modify process documents.

Coordinate with SEPG team to get inputs for the process changes.

Conduct joint reviews with SEPG team to review the updated Process documents.

Plan for QMS release Conduct QMS Trainings Develop deployment Plan.

Help project teams on tailor the QMS Process.

Provide facilitation to Project Managers.

Plan and conduct internal audits, report observations, and drive closure of gaps.

Publish dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports.

Coordinate with project teams in creating PIID (Practice implementation Indicator description) & Review PIIDs for all the appraisal projects.

Act as Management Representative (MR) for organizational certifications.

Helps projects for the closure of pre appraisal.

Support organization in successful conduct of Final appraisal.

Conduct training programs inductions, ISMS Trainings and security updates.
