We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to support our growing delivery pipeline by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for client requirements across the US market.

Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit

Evaluate candidates knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, and other IT stacks

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, rate negotiation (W2 / C2C / 1099), and offer closure

Conduct reference checks and ensure proper due diligence for each candidate

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements

Promote the organization as a trusted employer in the US staffing ecosystem

Bachelors degree in any discipline

2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment

Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP programs

Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology

Familiarity with US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099

Knowledge of US visa categories

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and candidate management abilities

Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements effectively
