Quality Manager/Director (Plastics Injection Molding)

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Establish, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system in the plastics injection molding industry, ensuring compliance with international and domestic standards.

2. Oversee quality control during production processes, address quality anomalies, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

3. Lead internal and external quality audits, coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Manage the quality team to achieve quality objectives and regularly produce quality reports with optimization recommendations.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in quality management within the plastics injection molding industry, with familiarity in ISO9001 and other quality management systems.

2. Fluent in English with proficient Chinese communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

3. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of quality management experience and 3+ years in team leadership.

4. Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills; quality management certifications are a plus.
