Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Excellent ability to explore new markets, responsible for the development and management of the Indian and Asia Pacific markets, maintaining and strengthening business relationships with customers, and promoting sales growth;

2. Understand and analyze market dynamics and customer needs, and develop sales strategies and plans based on market conditions;

3. Responsible for negotiating, signing, and executing orders to ensure the achievement of sales targets;

4. Provide professional product knowledge and consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and company brand influence;

5. Regularly communicate with customers, collect market and customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner;

6. Coordinate internal resources, solve problems that arise during the sales process, and ensure customer service quality;

7. Participate in international exhibitions to promote the company's brand and products;

8. Establish a sales team from 0 to 1, responsible for leading the business team to expand channels and customers in the Asia Pacific market, as well as sales and management of products;

9. Actively complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in international trade, marketing, or science and engineering preferred;

2. More than 3 years of overseas sales experience, with priority given to those with experience in the automotive/new energy vehicle industry, energy storage industry, or related fields; Experienced in business etiquette, with good communication and leadership skills;

3. Familiar with the development and management of major clients, familiar with the sales and bidding processes of major projects, and those with customer resources are preferred

4. Familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations, possessing excellent abilities in market analysis, marketing planning, and customer management;

5. Proactive and proactive in work, with strong communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit;

6. Having a spirit of hard work, a strong sense of competition, a pioneering spirit, and a strong drive for achievement;
