We at Ebullient Securities are looking for an experienced Business Developer with strong exposure to the US Financial Markets to drive our global expansion and exchange relationships.

This is a high-impact strategic role ideal for someone who understands market structure, exchange connectivity, and global trading operations, and has hands-on experience building and expanding institutional trading relationships in the US region.

:

3+ years of experience in Business Development within US Markets (Mandatory)

Proven experience in Market Development & Exchange Expansion

Hands-on exposure to Global Trading Desk Setup (US equities/derivatives preferred)

Strong understanding of Regulatory & Compliance Alignment (US framework)

Experience managing Exchange & Prime Broker Relationships

Ability to identify and onboard new liquidity venues and trading partnerships

Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows and brokerage ecosystem

Lead US market expansion initiatives

Build and maintain relationships with Exchanges, Prime Brokers & Clearing Firms

Coordinate with Compliance, Risk & Tech teams for trading desk setup

Identify new growth opportunities in US equities & derivatives markets

Support regulatory registrations and exchange memberships
