  What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and architecture of systems and applications.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software systems.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
• Identify technical backlog and drive to completion
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers.
• Guide team in solving complex and priority technical issues. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of new technologies.
• Advocate for technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute immensely to innovation and cost-saving initiatives within the organization.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Upskill team with these updates
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on goals and objectives.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and address issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Mentorship and Training:
• Align technical initiatives with the overall business goals and objectives.

• What You’ll bring

• At least 10 years of IT experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Springboot, React
• Strong design and architecture skills, particularly in microservices architecture.
• Experience with Databricks, Service bus, Data pipeline development.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices for data and systems protection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical issues.
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements and innovation.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Experience with Gen AI tools and their application in software development.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to align technical initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
