What you'll do...

Job Summary - Looking for Product Managers to build the next generation Marketplace ecosystem serving all Walmart e-commerce across US and beyond.

About the Team -

As a part of this role, you would drive the ownership of the vetting platform within Trust & Safety. This would encompass accurately vetting third-party sellers across markets and entities interested in subscribing Walmart services. While seller vetting  is critical in establishing trust within the marketplace, we would also require to deliver the decisions accurately in the fastest possible time with minimal cost of operations. You would champion the vision with diverse set of stakeholders across businesses and functions to drive influence and alignment.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible to realize the vision of building a trusted online shopping experience for customers and sellers while preventing any financial and reputational losses.
• You will define the overall product vision, strategy for seller support experience.
• You will  champion the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap  across stakeholders.
• You will influence other partner teams to address product & process gaps by building relevant cases leveraging data and other insights.
• You will define the objectives, key results and KPIs to measure the success of the initiatives and the business domain.
• You will help prioritize design and implement projects and enhancements.
• You will leverage data to make more informed product decisions.
• You will functionally manage product managers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
• You come with 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products or support services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
• Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity. 
• Willingness to be bold – be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a High tolerance for risk / low fear of failure. 
• Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
