Position Summary...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improvingefficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. Technology Orientation: Requires knowledge of: Competitive technology landscapes; Existing portfolio of enterprise systems, technologies, services,and architecture; Common PaaS and IaaS technologies and environments; Software quality assurance methodologies, tools, processes, and
checkpoints; Emerging technology and industry trends; Product and technology innovation. To drive business and user acceptance testing for
complex products. Manages the adoption of new and emerging technologies. Possesses an understanding of complete systems architecture,
services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used. Demonstrates awareness of system architectural principles. Demonstrates
awareness of technical topics at a conceptual level, as well as the systems and data that enable major capabilities, and drives innovation. Driving Customer/ Client Needs: Requires knowledge of: Customer and business problems; Design thinking; Dependencies and impacts on
product processes/ways of working; Journey mapping; Process optimization; Communication and influencing techniques. To build and maintain
consistent relationships with customers and proactively identifies customer needs. Creates scalable processes to gather and analyze customer
experiences. Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs to make decisions. Designs and implements new, barrier-free processes.
Coaches team members to improve focus on the customer. Product Vision and Strategy: Requires knowledge of: Problem formulation and solutioning; Hypothesis framing; Business strategies; Business
management practices across multiple domains; Customer segments and needs; Domain-specific knowledge; "Go to Market" strategies; Industry,
environmental, and economic factors and competitors; Product discovery process, product vision, product strategy and challenges; Rapid prototyping
and Lean experimentation methodologies; Concepts of "First Principle," "Whole Product," and "Crossing the Chasm" . To own a complex customer
problem and/or product requirement/need, as well as upstream and downstream impacts. Builds new ideas and strategies using "Whole Product"
concepts. Identifies new/uncharted areas for value creation. Independently articulates problem statements and defines success metrics (for example,
key performance indicators). Promotes product strategies and vision to stakeholders. Drives "Go-to-Market" strategies to ensure mass adoption. Product Roadmap and Development: Requires knowledge of: Product roadmap development techniques; Roadmap presentation; Roadmap
features and items; Project management techniques; Modern business practice (for example, Agile methodologies, Scrum); Minimum Viable Product
(MVP) creation; Product development lifecycles; Product development concepts (for example, "Crossing the Chasm") To develop and own roadmaps
across a complex product. Ensures and drives communication for internal and external stakeholders. Interfaces with and influences partners to
secure resources and alignment. Mentors team members on product roadmap and development. Establishes product roadmap expectations,
performance measures, and goals. Drives alignment of features for a complex product by navigating through organizational/ market constraints.
Manages roll out and scaling (using an MVP approach) of complex products/features. Data Driven Product Decisions: Requires knowledge of: Product and feature analytics; Data analysis tools and techniques; Research for analysis
activities; Documentation procedures (for example, data logs); Modern industry practices and emerging trends. To independently (or with minimal
guidance) conduct activities for product/feature analytics with an understanding of simple trends/insights. Monitors, collects, and structures data and
evaluates result. Supports the identification and application of tools and techniques. Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of
exploratory data analysis.

This team builds products that connect sellers to buyers shopping on our marketplaces. Our customers have access to hundreds of millions of offers from sellers globally. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Leader to build 0-1, 1-100 seller-facing product experience.
What you'll do:
- Define and lead the vision and strategy for Walmart International Marketplace seller tools and platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal experience
- Work closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs, including leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Manage a portfolio of products across multiple markets, including product research, development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions by analysing and interpreting the data by working with Business.
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging customer behaviour and engagement trends in ecommerce industry to identify new opportunities.
- Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineers, and customers.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget by collaborating extensively with international market stakeholders to define a coherent backlog to help funnel our growth.
- Identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and business objectives, by analysing customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success, including Engineering, UX, Research, data scientists, data analysts, marketing, and sales and ensure that AI technologies are effectively integrated into products wherever applicable.
- Effectively manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful.
- Mentor and Build an exceptional product culture within Walmart, coach a team of enthusiastic product managers on hard and soft skills drive an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Work closely with a team of energetic product managers in
international/global teams to ensure that products are culturally relevant and meet local market needs, by analysing and understanding customer preferences. - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify
opportunities for innovation and improvement.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field. MBA from a premium institute will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Product management, preferably in
eCommerce/Supply Chain domain - Experience in working with data science and operational teams.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities
- An entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to drive stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building scalable solutions across different geographies.
- Experienced product leader capable of setting product culture across large organizations.
- Ability to leverage a variety of techniques to influence various team members and stakeholders being deeply familiar with quantitative, qualitative, market research and experimentation.
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyse
quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize - Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Working with distributed teams across different geographies is desirable.
