Position Summary...
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.What you'll do...

As an analytics leader in the omni-tech group, you are accountable and responsible for bringing analytical insights across different product areas to drive key business decisions and to help shape the product roadmap.
What You Will Do
- You will Lead a team of analysts to develop analytics data products and solutions
- You will attract, develop and retain top analytics talent by supporting training, development, recruitment and mentoring
- You will effectively communicate complex analytical findings and their implications to senior leadership and collaborators in a clear and actionable manner
- You will partner with product, business and engineering leaders to improve our products and prioritize projects for impact
- You will possess the technical skills to surface insights quickly and the interpersonal skills to communicate those insights in a way that persuades action
- You and the team will apply advanced analytics and data science techniques (e.g. experimentation, simulation, optimization, and A/B testing) to drive high-quality decisions around the organization and identify high impact business opportunities.
- You will represent the product analytics team in key meetings and business reviews with senior leadership teams
- You will work with your team to develop new analytical methods
- You will have both working and hands-on experience in relational databases, visualization tools (tableau, Power BI) and statistical learning
- You will be flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Advanced/master’s degree in engineering or management will be an added on plus
- You come with overall 15+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 10+ years in software product analytics experience and with 5 yrs. experience of leading large analytics teams in a distributed set up
- Understanding of advanced analytics techniques
- Strong problem solving with an emphasis on product development
- Led or worked independently on major initiatives
