Enterprise Business Services (EBS) team is creating sustainable competitive advantage through flawless execution strategy and shared service environment to deliver services like Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Onboarding, Contract Management, SAP Governance, Telecom Expense Management and Reporting to our internal stakeholders.

As part of Walmart Technology, we create game-changing solutions and streamline operations by reinventing how we save Walmart money through designing and automating processes which save time.

You will be a part of the Global Business Services supporting Procure to Pay area. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Supplier On/off boarding Process. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.This position will operate in the night shift (6 Pm – 2.30 Am)

What you'll do:

• Managing the supplier onboarding activities including requalification and any subsequent exit management of suppliers.

• Manage supplier onboarding activities which includes:

  • New vendor setup

  • Contract renew (requalification)

• Work with MDM for vendor status change

• Handle vendor termination

• Digital Signatures – Send contractual documents for Walmart and vendor signature

• Validate different documents from vendor for onboarding / requalification process

• Act as a bridge between vendor and business for smooth execution of process

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• 1 - 2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations

• Exposure to Ariba, SAP, COUPA or other Procurement systems would be ideal.

• Proficient in Excel

• Exposure to Procure to Pay systems

• Work experience in Supplier On boarding Process

• MS Office

Primary Location...
