About The Job:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales & Distribution Leader with over 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry.

• The role involves driving top-line growth, managing large distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams across multi-channel environments including Agency, Bancassurance
• Essential Job Functions:Lead and manage sales operations across West and South zones for bancassurance and agency business.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and stakeholders.
• Drive business expansion through open architecture banca ssurance and hybrid agency models.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor regional and branch heads to build a high-performing sales team.
• Implement innovative sales strategies and market expansion plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for growth.
• Oversee cost management and ensure optimal product mix for sustainable profitability.
• Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 20+ years in Life Insurance Sales, with significant exposure to Agency & Bancassurance leadership roles.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing multi-zone operations, and leading large sales teams.
• Industry Recognition: Recipient of multiple excellence awards and recognition for outstanding performance and leadership
