Job Summary:
- Champions Workplace Health & Safety and Environment using ISO45001 and ISO14001 standard or its equivalent. Provides end-to-end compliance services. Partners with teams around the world to ensure process/policy compliance and efficiency, audit readiness, and data and reports accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and manage processes, people, and tools to enhance Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
- Support ISO 45001 and 14001 audits and ensure compliance with OPEX standards.
- Monitor service performance, ensure SLA adherence, and report insights with actionable recommendations.
- Analyze data, generate reports/MIS, and respond to ad hoc reporting and quality assurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, resolving issues and driving long-term improvements.
- Lead service review discussions and escalate risks related to processes, staffing, or policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, including training and enablement.
- Manage and develop teams, including recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
- Advise on service optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation using analytics and data storytelling.
- Collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years working experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 framework or structure.
- At least 3 years Project Management experience.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role, managing at least 10 people. Cross-border and hybrid environment are preferred.
- Graduate or equivalent. 7-8 years’ experience in yrs shared service / processing experience or workforce management or related domains.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Convincing/negotiation skills.
- At least 3 years experience in customer service.
- Intermediate to Advance MS Excel skills
Additional Information:
- Work closely with the Workplace Leadership and external partners/consultants across multiple geographies and market units.
- Stakeholders: Market Unit Leads, Workplace Leads
- Working from office setup.
Good to have skills: Workplace Experience
Experience: Minimum 4-5 year(s) of experience is required – 3 years & up in Environment, 5 years and up in project management.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Environmental Engineering, Health & Safety or similar.
