Role Overview:
The Workplace Experience Manager serves as a strategic leader and cultural steward, responsible for shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and seamless workplace environment. This role goes beyond operational excellence to drive a holistic workplace strategy that enhances employee experience, supports business objectives, and reflects company values. Blending operational excellence with a human-centric approach and limited guidance, you will take ownership of office look and feel, and vendor partnerships while proactively identifying ways to simplify processes and enhance the team member experience. As a vital business partner, you will bridge the gap between office operations and broader business objectives. Youll leverage clear communication, diplomatic negotiation, and empathetic partnership to resolve conflicts and support others. Ultimately, you are the driving force behind a workplace that reflects our company values.
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and support execution of our office expansion and a teams return to office in India. Due to our commitment to in-office experience, the role will require you to be able to work from our Noida office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Operations Management
- Office Stewardship: Maintain a world-class office aesthetic and welcoming environment that reflects company values and brand identity.
- Budget Management: With guidance, adhere to the annual maintenance and operations budget, overseeing office needs from planning to execution with strict cost control.
- Building Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for building management to resolve facility issues and track infrastructure improvements.
- Space Strategy: Analyze space utilization and coordinate office layouts or relocations, with leadership input, to meet the evolving needs of the team.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of all critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, to ensure a safe and high-functioning environment.
- Maintenance Strategy: Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance schedules.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory, environmental, and safety standards, managing all facility audits, certifications, and emergency preparedness.
- Sustainability & Efficiency: Support green initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices to enhance operational performance and reduce the office's environmental footprint.
- Solutions Orientation: Proactively identify operational challenges and propose creative, scalable solutions to simplify complex problems.
Experience & Leadership
- Event Oversight: Strategize and execute office events and client visits, ensuring they are inclusive, on-budget, and aligned with company culture.
- Vendor Negotiation: Participate in high-level negotiations with external partners, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness to secure favorable terms.
- Experience Innovation: Propose and implement initiatives specifically aimed at enhancing the daily team member experience and fostering a sense of belonging.
