- Base CTC: up to 17 LPA
- Skill Set:
- Strong Workday technical consultant (workday building experience)
- Product ownership
- Workday + Prism expertise preferred
- Stakeholder management
- Building Workday
- Hands-on experience with People Analytics, including baseline reportsand trend dashboards.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systemsand global HR processes.
- Experience in strategicHR analytics, includingKPI development and trend analysis.
