Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across core HR modules, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Security, and Workday integrations (EIB). The role requires a blend of functional understanding and technical expertise to support business operations, enhancements, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, and Security
• Manage and execute Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads, integrations, and reporting
• Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for Workday applications
• Handle Change Requests (CRs) and ensure timely delivery during release windows
• Participate in production migrations and post-deployment validation
• Respond promptly to production issues, emails, and support requests
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
• Support weekend activities when required for critical releases or production issues
• Assist in onboarding and transitioning replacement resources smoothly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (Techno-Functional role)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Core HCM
• Recruitment
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Security configuration
• Proven expertise in Workday EIB (data loads, inbound/outbound integrations)
• Experience in production support, CR management, and migrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio optional)
• Prior experience in global HR implementations
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools
