Role Summary

We are hiring for 5+ experienced professionals-Workday HRIS Analyst supporting AMS/post-production environments, ensuring system stability, enhancements, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Workday production support (issues, data integrity, integrations)
• Manage modules, integrations, and semi-annual upgrades
• Deploy new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot with vendors, SMEs, and client teams
• Support integrations (Cloud Connect, Studio, XML, Web Services)
• Create test scripts and perform system testing
• Drive process improvements and user efficiency
• Ensure client satisfaction and support delivery excellence

Requirements

• 57 years of Workday experience (AMS/support role)
• Strong in requirements gathering and solution validation
• Hands-on Workday configuration and reporting
• Experience with HR processes (compensation, benefits, etc.)
• Ability to multitask with high quality
• Strong communication and analytical skills
