Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 14 Years

Location of Requirement: Bangalore

Must-Have :

Analyze, design, and implement Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements

Configure and support core HCM modules including:

Core HR
Organization Management
Compensation
Business Process Framework (BPF)

Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders

Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards

Perform data migration, validation, and system integration support

Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (L2/L3)
