JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strong Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and workflow configuration. The consultant will support implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting activities for the clients financial planning environment.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Workforce Planning

- Financial Modeling

- Variance Analysis

- Scenario Planning

- Reporting and Dashboard Development

- Workflow and approval process configuration

- Data integration and transformation

Technical/Tool Stack:

- Workday Adaptive Planning

- Workday Financials

- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

- Adaptive OfficeConnect

- ERP integrations

- Reporting & Analytics tools

- Data imports/exports and integration handling

- API/integration understanding preferred

Preferred:

- Workday Adaptive Planning certification

- Finance domain experience

- Experience in implementation/support projects
