We are hiring a Techno-Functional Consultant Workday Adaptive Planning for an urgent requirement with our client. If you have strong experience in financial planning, modeling, and Workday Adaptive, this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment in Adaptive Planning
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, data models, and integrations
• Perform impact analysis for system/process changes
• Architect and manage integrations between Adaptive Planning and other systems
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
• Configure Levels, Dimensions, Versions, Accounts, Assumptions, and Metadata
• Work on allocation, consolidation, and elimination processes
• Build reports using OfficeConnect
• Drive user training, adoption, and change management
• Manage security/access controls and data backup processes

Key Skills Required:

• Workday Adaptive Planning (Core + Advanced Modeling)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Financial Modeling (Revenue, Cost, Capex, Working Capital, MIS)
• Data Modeling & Integration Architecture
• Reporting & Dashboarding (Adaptive + OfficeConnect)
• Accounting Knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, EBITDA)
• ERP Systems (Preferably SAP)
• Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
• Stakeholder Management & Requirement Gathering
• Change Management & User Training

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting
