Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Adaptive Reporting Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs
  • Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the clients Workday journey.
  • Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact
  • Responsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to do successful delivery.
  • Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees experiences.

Certifications

  • Adaptive Insights Planning certification
  • Adaptive Insights Platform certification


Experience & Background

  • Qualification should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA.
  • 6-10 years of experience in IT
  • Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday
  • Minimum 3+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP financial management systems.
  • 2+ years experience with HRIS applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer
  • Should have participated in Plan and Architect phase and must have experience in performing this role, having at least 2 Implementations.


Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Experience in designing, building, and testing reports in Workday around functional areas
  2. Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
  4. Must have good experience on working with excel sheets and excel sheet formulas.
  5. Should have good knowledge on planning Versions, Model sheets, Cube sheets and shared formulas.
  6. Ability to build Office Connect Reports and Dashboards for better analysis of data and visualizing trends
  7. Have HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge


Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good to have Reporting certification / composite reporting certification
  • Good to have experience on any Financial Planning tool.
