Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Shift schedule 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST

Onsite job - (No Remote/Hybrid option)

Weekly Fixed Off: Saturday and Sunday

Office Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with 3+ years of experience who has strong expertise in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in integrating third-party APIs and CRM systems to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
• Integrate third-party APIs, including CRM systems, marketing tools, and external services
• Build and manage REST API integrations for data exchange between platforms
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and integration challenges
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement new features
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Manage website deployments and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization
• Proven experience in integrating third-party APIs and CRM APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce customization
• Knowledge of headless WordPress or React-based frontends
• Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Experience working with hosting environments and deployment pipelines
• Experience with scalable system design

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks
• Frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
