• Build and manage WordPress-based websites using Elementor or custom themes
• Ensure mobile-first design, responsiveness, and page speed
• Implement lead forms, secure content sections, and basic data tracking plugins
• Troubleshoot bugs and ensure visual consistency across browsers/devices
• Support occasional landing page builds for marketing campaigns

• 24 years of experience in WordPress development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, basic JS
• Eye for clean layouts and structured design
• Comfortable working with staging sites and backups

• Experience working on websites in BFSI or regulated industries
• Familiarity with security-conscious plugin use and access control
