Kapable is looking for a WordPress Developer + Growth Tech Associate who can help us build high-performing digital experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage WordPress pages & landing pages.

Improve website speed, responsiveness, and user experience.

Work on SEO implementation and on-page optimization.

Handle plugins, integrations, and website maintenance.

Support growth campaigns alongside marketing and content teams.

Experiment with AI tools, automations, and conversion improvements.

Contribute ideas to improve website performance and digital journeys.

Preferred Experience

6 months to 2 years of experience in WordPress/web-related roles.

Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and basic SEO.

Basic understanding of responsiveness, page speed, and UX.

HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, HubSpot, Zapier, Webflow, or AI tools is a bonus.
