Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Build custom themes and plugins from scratch
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Ensure website security and implement best practices
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders
• Manage website deployment, hosting, and version control (Git)
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong proficiency in:
• PHP
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with:
• Custom theme and plugin development
• WordPress REST API
• Gutenberg block development (preferred)
• Knowledge of MySQL and database optimization
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
• Experience with WooCommerce customization (preferred)
