WordPress Developer & Business Growth Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Development

• Build WordPress websites from scratch or via themes and page builders
• Customize themes, templates, and layouts as per business requirements
• Create reusable sections, blocks, and component libraries
• Develop service pages, landing pages, blogs, and business websites

Business Growth Engineering

• Design pages with conversion in mind layout, CTA placement, and trust signals
• Set up lead capture flows including forms, WhatsApp, Calendly, and booking integrations
• Integrate CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management
• Install and configure GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag

Performance Optimization

• Optimize Core Web Vitals such as LCP, CLS, and FID/INP across desktop and mobile
• Compress images, minify scripts, and remove bloated or unnecessary plugins
• Implement caching, lazy loading, and CDN configurations

SEO & Technical Setup

• Implement SEO-friendly heading hierarchy, meta tags, and image alt text
• Set up internal linking, schema markup, and canonical URLs
• Configure Rank Math or Yoast SEO correctly on every page
• Achieve measurable speed improvements on every project
• Ensure websites are crawlable, indexable, and technically clean

UI & Page Builder Work

• Build high-quality layouts using Elementor or similar page builders
• Ensure full mobile responsiveness across all screen sizes
• Maintain design consistency in spacing, typography, and alignment
• Translate wireframes and references into polished web pages

Maintenance & Ownership

• Monitor site health, run plugin updates, and manage backups
• Diagnose and fix layout bugs, plugin conflicts, and broken sections
• Handle DNS, hosting, SSL, and domain-level tasks when needed
• Take full ownership of website delivery from brief to launch

GEO Generative Engine Optimization

• Optimize website content to appear in AI-generated answers across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, and Copilot
• Structure content with clear entities, definitions, and authoritative formats preferred by AI engines
• Implement FAQ Schema, How-To Schema, and structured data to improve AI citation probability
• Write and format content (headings, summaries, snippets) that AI models are more likely to surface and quote
• Stay current with how LLMs and AI search engines discover, rank, and cite web content
