We are looking for a passionate and detail-orientedWordPress Backend Developerto join our development team. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in WordPress backend development, plugin customization, database handling, and performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintainWordPresswebsites and backend functionality
• Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Write clean, secure, and optimized PHP code
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways
• Troubleshoot bugs and fix backend issues
• Optimize website performance and loading speed
• Work with frontend developers and designers for integration
• Ensure website security and data protection

Required Skills:-

• Basic knowledge ofPHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity withWordPressarchitecture and hooks
• Understanding of REST APIs and database queries
• Knowledge of Git/version control (preferred)
• Basic debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
• Internship or project experience inWordPressdevelopment
• Knowledge of WooCommerce (plus point)
• Understanding of website security practices
