What will you be doing?

We are seeking an experienced Wintel Team Manager to lead and manage enterprise Windows infrastructure operations across global environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive high availability, automation, and proactive operations in a 24/7 production environment.

Job Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• - Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025)
• - Oversee Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, DNS, replication, FSMO roles)
• - Manage Certificate Services (AD CS / PKI lifecycle)
• - Administer DNS infrastructure
• - Manage Windows Failover Clustering
• - Ensure compliance with security standards

Virtualization & Platform Management

• - Manage VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) and Hyper-V
• - Optimize performance and capacity planning
• - Ensure DR readiness and failover testing

Operations & Incident Management

• - Lead 24/7 operations support
• - Drive incident triage and RCA
• - Ensure SLA adherence
• - Handle P1/P2 escalations

Data Center & Migration Management

• - Execute data center migrations
• - Coordinate cross-functional teams
• - Ensure minimal downtime

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• - Drive automation using PowerShell
• - Implement AIOps (auto-detect & auto-heal)
• - Standardize runbooks and processes

Team Management & Leadership

• - Lead and mentor engineers
• - Manage workload and shifts
• - Conduct performance reviews

Security & Compliance

• - Implement security best practices
• - Manage patching and vulnerability remediation
• - Support audits

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience with strong expertise in Windows ecosystem and team leadership.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS
• VMware, Hyper-V
• Failover Clustering, DR
• PowerShell scripting
• Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios)
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Leadership and ownership
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle high workload environments
• Work Environment:

• On-call responsibilities
