Job Description

Manage and maintain IIS Server and Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
Monitor server health troubleshoots issues and implement fixes to minimize downtime
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support application deployment and configuration
Perform regular server updates patches and security enhancements to maintain compliance
Analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential problems
Support integration of applications with IIS and Windows Server infrastructure
Document server configurations procedures and incident reports for knowledge sharing
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in server management and application support

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert level support for IIS Server and Windows Server related issues
Configure and optimize Tomcat Apache servers as part of the application support ecosystem
Respond promptly to incident tickets performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications
Ensure high availability and reliability of server environments through proactive monitoring
Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning activities
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance within the application support family
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system status incidents and resolutions
