Capgemini Engineering is looking for a highly skilled Windchill Senior Developer with strong expertise in PDMLink customization, integrations, and enterprise PLM solutions. This role requires hands-on development experience along with solutioning and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Windchill Customization & Development

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Windchill PDMLink
• Develop REST/SOAP services for integrations with:
• ERP / MES / Enterprise systems
• Implement advanced customizations across:
• Workflows, Change Management, Lifecycle Templates
• Object Initialization Rules (OIRs)
• Actions, validators, data utilities, form processors & UI components
• Types, Attributes, ACLs, Preferences & Business Rules

Integration & Solutioning

• Work on enterprise-level integration solutions using Info*Engine, ESI, REST/OData
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
• Contribute to end-to-end PLM implementation programs

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions and guide development teams
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills & Expertise

• 610 years of experience in Windchill development
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Windchill PDMLink
• Strong expertise in:
• Java / J2EE development
• Windchill customization & configuration
• Deep understanding of:
• Change Management processes
