WFM Integration

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with strong expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) Integration to join our Human Capital Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects and geographies, supporting WFM client engagements and collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8- 10 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.

The individual will support WFM client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across several projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of WFM Integration.

The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with on-site engagement teams and clients.

As a partner resource implementing UKG Pro WFM Integrations, you are an extension of the UKG delivery team responsible for high- quality customer implementations of our award-winning UKG Dimensions solution. The partner resource must have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and consulting skills experience with knowledge of workforce management concepts and

regulations to be accepted into the program.

Key Responsibilities

Support client projects using deep knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Lea

veManagement, Labor Scheduling, and other WFM processes and system
