Were Hiring: Project Lead

Project Lead is responsible for planning, and delivering client projects on time, within scope, and within the budget. He/She should act as the central point connecting internal teams (designers, developers, strategists), and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Create detailed project plans and workflows

Provide proper Client brief and allocate projects effectively across the team

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

Serve as the main point of contact for Operations Manager and keep them updated

Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks

Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations

Manage client expectations and handle client feedback or escalations

Team Coordination

Work closely with the team

Assign tasks and ensure accountability

Facilitate meetings (kickoffs, reviews)

Resolve blockers and keep the team aligned

Quality Control

Ensure deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations

Review outputs before releasing/publishing

Maintain consistency across all project elements

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks early

Develop contingency plans

Handle scope creep and timeline delays

Key Skills Required

Strong project management skills (Able to use Project Management Softwares like Asana, Bitrix24 etc)

Excellent written, Oral and Email communication with interpersonal skills

Leadership and team coordination

Problem-solving and decision-making

Time management and multitasking

Attention to detail
