About the Role
As part of our International Voice Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for global customersdelivering exceptional service, building trust, and resolving issues efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements
- International Voice Support experience Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (Speak | Read | Write)
- Strong customerhandling and problemsolving abilities
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Ready for 100% Work from Office Bengaluru

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate resolutions
- Build rapport using empathy, active listening, and clarity
- Follow internal processes while maintaining high service standards
- Adapt quickly to tools, systems, and evolving workflows
- Uphold ethics, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times
