Welfare Officer

We are looking for WELFARE OFFICERS for Oil & Gas Construction Project at Saudi Arabia

Candidates must be Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in their respective fields. Act as the primary point of contact for workers' grievances. Responsible for logging, tracking, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve and close all issues in a timely manner. Conduct weekly feedback sessions with camp residents to understand their day-to-day concerns, gathering notes on camp facilities, food, and living conditions. Facilitate monthly joint meetings between management and worker representatives to evaluate ongoing concerns and implement systemic improvements. Organise Recreational & Cultural Events. Conduct Camp Facility Audits Provide basic emotional and mental wellbeing support to workers experiencing homesickness, stress, or interpersonal conflicts. Induction & Orientation: Conduct welfare orientations for newly arrived workers to familiarize them with camp rules, facilities, and available support systems.
